What is a credit?
A credit is how we measure usage. Your monthly amount comes back as credits, and your agents spend them as they work. Most things use one credit, and plenty use none. $49 gives you 4,900 credits, $149 gives you 16,500 and $399 gives you 47,000.
What uses credits?
Agent runs, agent calls to your business context and approved actions use 1 credit each. Syncing data, storing history, approvals, teammates and workspaces are free.
How many credits will I need?
One workspace checked every hour, plus about 20 questions a day to your agents, uses roughly 2,500 credits a month, so $49 covers it. Eight workspaces checked every 30 minutes, with a few questions a day, use about 13,000, so $149 covers it. The estimator above does the maths for your setup.
Is this a subscription?
Not in the usual sense. You're not paying for seats or features. Your monthly amount is prepaid usage that comes back as credits. Change the amount or stop anytime; there's no annual contract.
Which amount should I pick?
The one closest to what you use. Start small and move up if you find yourself topping up often. Larger amounts come with more credits, fresher data and faster support, and $399 adds white-label and single sign-on.
What happens if I run out?
We email you when you're running low. If credits run out mid-task, the work in progress finishes (up to 10% of your monthly credits) and new runs pause until you top up. We never charge you after the fact.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly credits refresh every month. Top-up credits, at $10 per 1,000, don't expire.
Can I build and sell my own apps on Meerkats?
Yes. You can use us as the backend for what you build, with separate workspaces, roles and permissions. The $399 plan adds white-label, so it runs under your own name and domain.
Are AI model costs included?
Yes, for agents that run inside Meerkats. If you bring your own Claude, ChatGPT or Codex, your subscription to them stays separate. We only count the calls your agents make to us.
